What are the Fees?
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:
$170.00 per participant for entries paid December 20 - February 15, 2019.*
$200.00 per participant for entries paid after February 15, 2019 until full. Registration will close March 1, 2019.*
SINGLE COURSE REGISTRATION:
Single Courses will be offered for a fee after March 1, based on availability.*
*Some course activities may require an additional fee.
**No refunds will be given

If you have specific dietary needs please feel free to bring your own meals and/or drinks. Once your registration is received an informational packet will be sent via email to you as confirmation of your registration. Your final class list will not be released until you arrive at check in.
What does it NOT include?
THIS IS A DAY CAMP SITUATION. LODGING IS NOT INCLUDED.
If you need overnight lodging, there are many great cabins and rental homes that you may reserve in the Concan area. Our Lodging Partners are providing at least a 10% discount on lodging and many have additional deals and specials when you mention this event.

What gear do I need to bring?
Blanket, chairs for Friday night by the River. Active wear, swim wear, sunscreen, bug spray, hats, water shoes- whatever you need to be safe and comfortable in the outdoors! Some courses will require some additional gear.
Can I request classes with my friends?
We know many of you are coming with a group of BFFs! We definitely want you to be together, if you want! There will be a spot on the registration form for you to indicate if you want to attend classes with a friend. We will try our very best to accommodate you!
Courses are assigned on a first come first serve basis, and are subject to change.
Can I sign up for just a single course?
Single Courses will be offered for a fee after March 1, based on availability.
Is there a minimum age?
Event is limited to ladies 21 and up and there are a limited number of spots available.
What if it rains?
We will try to move as much as we can inside, depending on the courses. Some may have to be cancelled. We will do our best to get you rescheduled for something else or provide a good time just enjoying the rain! No refunds will be given, but we assure you it will still be a fun weekend!
When will I know my session schedule?
Activities and sessions will be spread out through Uvalde County. You will receive a map and a schedule upon check-in.
What if I can’t make it?
You can transfer your ticket to a friend, but we can’t guarantee they will want to take the same courses you have registered for. We will do our best to accommodate, but no refunds will be given.
Will there be alcohol?
BYOB, stop in Sabinal at Bottle & Bag, or Uvalde at Casal’s or Liquor n’ Guns, or Leakey. Concan is a dry precinct. Alcohol is sold by the drink at House Pasture and The Golf Club of Texas at Concan, and Joe Jimmy’s.
Cell Phone Service:
Cell Phone Service is spotty in Concan, but AT&T generally works in most areas. Talk to your lodging provider about wifi.
Where is everything taking place?
Friday, March 29
3pm-7pm: Registration Open at Frio Country Campground
All participants need to check-in on-site. They will get weekend itinerary, goody bag, wristbands
6pm-11pm: Welcome Fiesta at Frio Country Campground
6pm-8pm: Dinner Buffet & Complimentary Welcome Cocktail
7-8:30pm: Live Music with Glen Templeton on the Riverbanks
9-10:30pm-midnight: After Party - Late Night Kellner Karaoke
Saturday, March 30
Retreat sessions from sunrise to 5pm. Schedule TBD.
5pm-8pm: Concan Cocktails & Dinner Buffet TBD
7pm-1am: Concert at House Pasture (open to the public)
